Danielle started her career in the medical manufacturing industry, then moved through various sectors of manufacturing — aerospace, battery, and renewable energy — throughout her career. That range is what shapes the way she consults: she's sat inside the operational challenges specific to regulated, high-precision, and fast-scaling environments alike, and knows the playbook rarely looks the same twice.

She was born and raised in Connecticut and moved down to the Palmetto State with her family in mid-2024, bringing that decade of floor-to-boardroom experience with her.
